捐款方法 Donation Methods

透過中銀香港捐款易平台提供的 BoC Pay、雲閃付、支付寶香港、微信支付香港、轉數快、Visa、MasterCard、JCB 及銀聯等各種電子支付方式，將善款直接存入播道醫院的專戶。

Use the BOCHK e-Donation Platform which combines different means of e-payment including BoC Pay, UnionPay QR, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay Hong Kong, FPS, Visa, MasterCard, JCB and UnionPay to make a donation to Evangel Hospital.

於劃線支票抬頭寫上「播道醫院」，並連同填妥之捐款表格，寄回「九龍亞皆老街222號行政部」。

Please make your crossed cheque payable to "Evangel Hospital" and send it along with the completed donation form to Administration Department, 222 Argyle Street, Kowloon.

請把捐款直接存入匯豐銀行戶口（004-115-066110-001），並連同填妥之捐款表格，寄回存款單／櫃員機存根，或電郵至 info@evanhosp.org.hk。

Please deposit your donation directly into HSBC account 004-115-066110-001 and send the completed donation form along with the deposit receipt / bank-in slip, or email to info@evanhosp.org.hk.

將奉獻投入設置於本院地下大堂之奉獻箱內。

Please place your contribution in the donation box located in the hospital's ground-floor lobby.

請輸入電郵地址 fps@evanhosp.org.hk。請保留屏幕截圖，並連同填妥之捐款表格，電郵至 info@evanhosp.org.hk。

Please use the FPS email address fps@evanhosp.org.hk. Retain a screenshot of the transaction and email it along with the completed donation form to info@evanhosp.org.hk.

Evangel Hospital is one of the charitable institutions and trusts of a public character exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.

• 捐款港幣100元以上可憑本院收據在港申請稅項減免。

Donations of HK$100 or above are tax-deductible upon submission of our receipts.

• 如需索取捐款收據，請將存款單／櫃員機存根正本連同收據芳名及地址寄回本院，以便跟進。

To request a donation receipt, please send us the original deposit receipt / bank-in slip with the receipt name and postal address for follow-up.

• 閣下提供予本院的個人資料，只用作處理捐款之用。

The personal data you provide to our hospital will only be used for processing your donation.
